A $1.4-million graduate of the 2024 Fasig-Tipton Saratoga Yearling Sale, REGENT'S PARK (Bolt d'Oro) kicked off his career from the rail at the Jersey Shore. The bay colt is a son of the three-times stakes-placed Spark (Speightstown), also the dam of SW and Irish Group 3 placegetter Launch (Omaha Beach). The colt's second dam Mon Belle (Maria's Mon), a full-sister to 2001 GI Kentucky Derby hero Monarchos, dropped six winners, including SW & GSP Supreme (Empire Maker), whose son Silver State (Hard Spun) made the GI Met Mile the biggest victory of his career. GUN FOR GLORY (Gun Runner) is a Winchell Thoroughbreds- owned and -bred full-brother to 2023 GIII Matt Winn Stakes hero Disarm, who also placed in that year's GI Travers Stakes and in the GI Jockey Club Gold Cup and GI Whitney Stakes. The chestnut, bred on the same cross over Tapit as Grade I winner Society and other graded scorers Paladin, Wicked Halo, Red Route One and Recharge, is also kin to SW & GSP Tap Daddy (Scat Daddy).
The competition includes the rail-drawn Time for Action (Not This Time), a son of three-time graded winner and GI Test Stakes third Tequilita (Union Rags), who sold for $250,000 at the 2024 Keeneland September Sale. The female family includes Dynaformer and Offlee Wild. TJCIS PPs
